Anchored in hope; Awakened to Action
"we have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure" -Hebrews 6:19
Our youth ministry for students in grades 6-12 is called "Anchor." Anchor Youth meets on the first and third Sundays of each month. Middle school and high school meetings will be combined and meet from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
Our meetings are a great mix of food, fun, friendship and faith. Anchor serves a wide variety of students with various faith backgrounds and from many different school systems throughout the greater Kalamazoo area. It is very likely your student will encounter one of their classmates at Anchor!
Our Anchor students will participate in various activities that will help develop their faith throughout the year.
All Anchor Students must have a completed permission form on file to participate in Anchor Youth activities. Please download and complete the form below and send it with your student the first time they attend Anchor.

Sunday Mornings
Get Connected. Go Deeper.
We encourage Anchor Youth students to be involved on Sunday mornings. Many of our students serve on the tech team, music team, greeting team, and as helpers for our Kids Crew. Students are invited to participate in all aspects of our worship gatherings. We aim to empower Anchor Youth students to take ownership of their faith and use their gifts to serve God's people.
